A lifetime in Welland
For Jim, Welland is more than a place on a map. It is family, neighbours, local businesses, hockey rinks, community events and generations working toward a better future.
Jim and Linda have been married for 37 years. They raised their three children, Catherine, Jackson and Victoria, in Welland and are now proud grandparents to six grandchildren. Those family roots guide Jim’s belief that every decision at City Hall should help make Welland a better place to live, work and raise a family.
